CREW:

DAVID MANN (Composer, Musical Director, Sound Engineer) In addition to composing the book and music for "Beware The Eyes Of Mars", David also directed the 2006 musical run. David did the first run of the show at the University of Miami in his Senior Year. The show has been updated with new music and storyline, which came about as the show again became socially relevant. The backing tracks were reworked in his recording studio in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. A musician at heart, the music is the most important aspect to him.

DAVID RICHMAN (Director) After Graduating with a BF degree from the University of Miami, David put the theater on "hold" and veered into the world of business. Several companies and successful careers later, the longing for greater artistic expression led him, intermittently, back to the stage where he has directed numerous plays for local theater groups and educational venues. When the opportunity to do a revival of this show presented itself as a charitable event, it was too irresistible to refuse. "For all of us at any given point in our lives, to reconstruct the past is simply everything we have ever done to bring us here at this very moment."

LISA ELAINE WALKOWITZ (Stage Manager) a/k/a Dr. Lisafer is thrilled to be the Stage Manager of this fabulous show and would like to thank David Mann for the wonderful opportunity. She has been performing on, and off, the stage since the age of ten. Her favorite roles include "Rosina Dainty Mouth" (the witch) in Humperdink's opera HANSEL AND GRETEL; the "Queen of Hearts" in ALICE IN WONDERLAND and "Stepsister Lucinda" in INTO THE WOODS.

CANNON STARNES (Choreographer) Brought a ‘Broadway’ mentality, look and professionalism to the show, and the show wouldn’t be the same without him. You can currently see him in Key West in ‘Naked Boys Singing’.

MEREDITH C. SHASKAN (Costume Designer) After retiring from flight attending, she is currently studying fashion/costume design at THE ART INSTITUTE OF FORT LAUDERDALE. She is the mother of two boys whom she has been costuming for five years.
